Root Chakra (Muladhara) 

Location: Base of the spine

• Associated areas: Legs, feet, bones, colon, adrenal glands

• Themes: Safety, stability, security, grounding, basic needs, belonging

Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)

Location: Lower abdomen

• Associated areas: Reproductive organs, kidneys, bladder, hips

• Themes: Emotions, creativity, intimacy, pleasure, healthy boundaries, adaptability

Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)

Location: Upper abdomen

• Associated areas: Stomach, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, digestive system

• Themes: Confidence, personal power, motivation, self-worth, decision-making

Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Location: Center of the chest

Location: Top of the head
